Your calendar app retrieves appointments through a personal subscription link. New, changed and cancelled appointments are picked up at the next refresh.
The owner enables Calendar sync. Then choose your own appointments or, as the owner, the entire salon calendar.
Open the Apple or Google connection. In Outlook, add the subscription link.
Your app decides when to retrieve the schedule again, so changes may take some time to appear.

Changes & availability
Reschedule or cancel appointments in Sovado. A personal event in your calendar app does not automatically block your salon calendar. Block that time in Sovado too if you don’t want to be bookable.
