Is this right for you?

For owners and staff who want to see their salon schedule alongside other appointments.

How to use it

Another place to check

Let your calendar app retrieve the schedule.

Sovado creates a calendar subscription you can add to a compatible calendar app. It displays your Sovado schedule. You don't need to copy appointments into another calendar one by one.

Suitable for calendar apps that support ICS subscriptions.

Sovado remains the place to edit appointments.

Your external app decides when to refresh the data.

The right calendar

Share only the view you need.

Depending on your role, choose a salon calendar or your own staff calendar. This keeps access aligned with what each person may view in the salon. The subscription link gives access to calendar data, so keep it with the intended recipient.

  • Choose an appropriate scope based on permissions.
  • Add the subscription link to your calendar app.
  • Revoke the connection when you no longer use it.

A few things to know

Questions about
Calendar sync.

From your first choice to everyday use. This helps you assess the options.

Ask your own question
Is this two-way synchronisation?

No. Your calendar app reads appointments from Sovado. Create and edit appointments in Sovado.

Are changes visible immediately?

The external calendar app decides when to refresh. Changes may therefore appear with a delay.

Does a personal appointment block my Sovado calendar?

Not automatically through this subscription. Also add a block or absence to your Sovado schedule.

Can I revoke access?

Yes. The connection supports revoking a feed. Use this when a subscription link should no longer be used.
