No. An amount shown for appointments represents their value. Use checkout sales and payment statuses to assess payments.

Are refunds visible?

Yes, the checkout report includes recorded refund amounts and sales after refunds.

Can I compare locations?

With multiple locations configured, you can view data for each location. Agree on the available location capacity in advance and make sure appointments and sales are linked to the right location.
