Know what's still outstanding.
Create a payment request with an amount and a clear description. Share the link with the client and follow its status. An outstanding request is not yet a payment: the status only changes when the payment provider confirms it.

Paying in the salon
The client chooses, the checkout follows.
For a client with a valid email address, the checkout can prepare a payment link by email. Without an email address, it displays a QR code. Once payment is confirmed, the sale and associated changes are completed.

View previous payments and their statuses. Where the payment provider allows it, you can issue a full or partial refund. Payments go through your salon's Mollie account.

Open Sovado Pay, connect your salon's Mollie account and complete any verification.

For example, choose Cut & style and check the amount and recipient.

Wait for a confirmed status. Sending a link alone does not mean a payment has succeeded.

Sovado Pay is available with Solo, Professional and Complete. An active Mollie connection and a suitable salon account are required. The payment provider’s transaction fees are separate from your plan.

Yes. Payments are processed through your salon's Mollie account. The connection and any business verification must be completed before live payments are available.
When is a payment complete?
When Sovado has checked the payment status with Mollie and the payment is confirmed as paid. Opening a link is not payment confirmation.
Can I issue a refund?
The module supports full and partial refunds. Available options depend on the original payment and the payment provider.
Which payment methods will my client see?
This depends on the payment methods available for the Mollie account and the transaction. The website therefore does not promise every payment method as standard.
