Is this right for you?

For salons with several practitioners, different working days or specialist services.

How to use it

Service assignments

The right treatment with the right colleague.

Not every team member offers every service. Assign treatments to the right people so online bookings take their skills into account. This helps, for example, when only two stylists provide colour treatments.

Manage team members and their services.

Use assignments when checking availability.

Let clients choose from suitable team members.

Scheduling in practice

Make room for work and breaks.

Different working days don't have to mean separate calendars. Use staff schedules and blocked times to plan. Availability checks also take opening hours and existing appointments into account.

  • Set working hours for each team member.
  • Include breaks and blocked time.
  • Check combinations of service duration and buffer time.

Helping clients together

The next visit starts with context.

When a colleague takes over a treatment, client notes and history help them prepare. From Professional, roles and permissions let you decide which information and features each team member can access.

  • A shared workspace for scheduling and clients.
  • Clearly identify appointments by team member.
  • View results by team member in reports.

A few things to know

Questions about
Team & availability.

From your first choice to everyday use. This helps you assess the options.

Ask your own question
Can each team member have their own working hours?

Individual staff schedules let you set availability for each person. Opening hours and existing appointments are also taken into account.

Can a team member offer only certain services?

Yes. Services are linked to team members, and booking availability uses those assignments.

Can I see results for each team member?

Reports show appointments and treatment value by team member, among other information. Read the figures in context: scheduled value is not the same as checkout sales.
