Availability can change while a client reads the message. The slot is checked again when they open and confirm the booking. A slot that no longer fits is no longer offered as a valid option.

Ask your own questionIs this the same as a waiting list?
No. This module finds available capacity and notifies interested clients. A central waiting list with reserved preferences is not part of this feature.
Who receives a last-minute message?
Clients with last-minute interest and valid consent for the chosen channel, within the configured audience and frequency limits.
What if the slot is already gone?
Sovado checks availability again during booking. A previously offered slot may therefore no longer be bookable.
Do I have to offer a discount?
An available slot can be attractive on its own. Decide which offer suits your salon; you don't have to promise a guaranteed benefit or a lower price.
