Build the receipt in Sovado and choose the connected terminal. The integration sends the amount due. This is especially useful when a treatment, product and partial gift card payment all appear on one receipt.

Follow every payment attempt.
While the client pays, Sovado processes the terminal payment status. You can see whether it is still waiting or the attempt is complete. If an attempt fails, assess the situation before trying again.
