From a gift idea to a unique code.
Create a gift card through the checkout or record a manual issue after receiving payment. Add a recipient, personal message and expiry date. The card receives a unique code and an opening balance.

Redeem
It doesn't have to be spent in one visit.
Enter the code at checkout and check the available balance. Use the card for all or part of the sale. Any remainder stays on the same card.

Issues and redemptions are saved as transactions. Look up the balance and status instead of crossing out amounts on paper. Balance checks prevent further spending on an expired or fully redeemed card.
