From a gift idea to a unique code.

Create a gift card through the checkout or record a manual issue after receiving payment. Add a recipient, personal message and expiry date. The card receives a unique code and an opening balance.

    Sell the gift

    A client buys a €75 card for Noor. Complete the payment and create the card.

  2. 02

    Use the code

    Noor spends €49 on a haircut. Check the code at checkout.

  3. 03

    Keep the remainder

    The balance is €26. Noor can use it on a later visit while the card remains valid.

Enter the code at checkout and check the available balance. Use the card for all or part of the sale. Any remainder stays on the same card.

Overview

Every redemption has a history.

Issues and redemptions are saved as transactions. Look up the balance and status instead of crossing out amounts on paper. Balance checks prevent further spending on an expired or fully redeemed card.

A clear place in your plan.

Gift cards are included in Complete and cannot be added separately to Basis or Professional. Configure the module before using it. Any sending and usage charges are separate from the plan.

Can a client spend the card in instalments?

Yes. After a partial redemption, the remaining balance stays available on the same code.

Can I create a card outside the checkout?

Yes, through manual issue. You must confirm that the salon has received payment.

Which plans include selling gift cards online?

Online gift card sales are included in Complete. The module cannot be added separately to Basis or Professional. Configure sales and recipient communications before offering it.

Can I set an expiry date?

Yes. You can enter an expiry date. Set appropriate terms for your own gift cards and communicate them clearly at the point of sale.
