One clear rule

Choose something easy to remember.

A fixed number of points per visit feels different from earning points on spending. Choose one method that suits your services. Name the programme and set the amounts. For a digital stamp card, also decide when a card is full.

    Choose the earning rule

    In this example, Studio Nova chooses ten points per checkout visit.

    Link the sale

    Noor is selected as the client at checkout. The active programme counts the sale.

    Follow the balance

    After four visits, the balance is forty points. Explain what your salon offers at that balance.

Earning rewards starts with the right client.

Select the client and complete the sale. If the programme is active, Sovado calculates the points earned. A sale without a linked client cannot receive a personal loyalty balance. A full refund can adjust previously awarded points.

A clear place in your plan.

The loyalty programme is included in Complete and cannot be added separately to Basis or Professional. Configure the module before using it. Any usage charges are separate from the plan.

Can clients earn based on spending or visits?

Yes. Choose points per checkout visit, points per whole euro or one stamp per checkout visit.

Does an anonymous sale earn points?

No. A personal balance requires a client to be linked to the checkout sale.

What happens after a full refund?

Previously awarded points can be reversed with an adjustment. The transaction remains visible in the history.

Does Sovado automatically give a reward?

The programme records points earned. Automatic redemption of points as a discount is not promised here. Set your own rewards and process.
