Clear arrangements about Sovado, your subscription and use of the platform. Here is the first draft of our terms.
This text is an initial draft and is not yet a final set of contractual terms. Business details and arrangements covering payment, cancellation and liability, among other matters, still need to be established.
About Sovado
Sovado is a product of GRW Digital and brings scheduling, online appointments, client management and checkout together for salons. These draft terms are intended as a basis for arrangements governing business use of the platform.
The full registered business name, business address, Dutch Chamber of Commerce number and VAT number will be added to the final version.
Your subscription
Sovado's features depend on the selected plan and any add-ons. The pricing page provides an overview of the plans. Some services require additional activation, your own account with another provider or separate charges.
The final terms will set out the start date, invoicing, payment deadlines, duration and rules for price changes. They will also include the precise free-trial conditions and what happens afterwards.
Using the platform
Sovado is configured with your salon's services, prices, team members and availability. The final arrangements will describe who may enter data, the salon's responsibilities and how account access is managed.
Product examples on this website are illustrative. They do not create real appointments or process payments. Feature availability depends on the selected plan and required setup.
Support and integrations
You can contact support with questions about setup and use. Arrangements for contact availability, maintenance, service availability and resolving outages are still being developed.
Certain features work with other providers, for example for payment processing. The applicable terms, costs and responsibilities for these integrations must be clear when entering into the agreement.
Data and privacy
The platform may hold information about your salon, staff and clients. The final contractual documents must define privacy roles, security arrangements, any data processing agreement and options for exporting and deleting data.
The draft privacy policy describes what currently happens on this marketing website. It does not yet cover all data processing within a salon account.
Making changes and stopping
Rules for changing or ending a subscription have not yet been established in this draft. The final version must explain how to cancel, the applicable notice period and what happens to access and data afterwards.
Arrangements on liability, intellectual property, complaints, disputes and governing law also need to be developed and reviewed before these terms are used as final terms.
