Is the pilot really free for three months?

Yes. If your salon is selected, you can use the Complete plan for three months without subscription fees. The AI assistant, SMS credits and other usage credits are not included. Any payment provider transaction fees still apply.

Why are you offering three months free?

Sovado is new. We want to learn from salon owners who use the software in their real working day. You get three months to try Complete; we ask you to share your experience and feedback. That is why we are selecting a group of 50 salons.

Does applying sign me up straight away?

No. The form is a non-binding application. We review it and contact you to determine whether your salon fits the pilot. You are not creating an account or taking out a subscription yet.

Which salons qualify?

The pilot is for salon owners who want to try Sovado in their everyday work and share their experience. Both independent owners and teams can apply. We assess each application to see whether the needs and workflow fit Sovado.

What do you expect from me?

That you actually try Sovado and tell us how it goes. What works well? What is missing? What gets in the way? We will agree on how to collect your feedback when you start.

I already use other software. Can I join?

You can still apply. Tell us what you currently use and what you are looking for. We will first discuss what you want to try and what a possible switch involves, before you change your current workflow.

What happens after the three months?
