Getting started & switching

What should I set up first?

← All topics

The answer

Start with your salon details, services and availability. These provide the foundation for the calendar, online bookings and checkout.

How it works

  1. Prepare your business name, contact details and opening hours. Add your logo and photos when you also want to set up your website.
  2. Create services with a name, treatment duration and price. Assign the team members who provide each service.
  3. Check schedules and any buffers between appointments. Use one sample appointment to check that the planning works.
  4. If you use Professional or Complete, also go through checkout and your full salon website. Make your booking flow visible after checking the setup.
Good to know

Solo includes the essentials for appointments and client management. POS, inventory and team management are included from Professional. The salon website is an add-on with Solo and included from Professional; marketing modules are add-ons with Solo and Professional and included with Complete.
