The answer
Manage and cancel your subscription under Subscription in Settings. Sovado shows the consequences and end date before your final confirmation.
How it works
- Open Subscription and find the option to cancel.
- Read the explanation and continue to the summary. The first click is not a final cancellation.
- Check the exact end date and consequences for access. Confirm only if you want to proceed with cancellation.
- Afterwards, check the status and end date in the subscription overview. Discuss any data you want to take with you in advance.
Good to know
Use the summary in your account for your end date. Cancelling does not immediately delete all data; a separate deletion request is a different action.
