The answer
A client profile brings together contact details, preferences, appointments and linked sales.
How it works
- Search by name, email address or phone number first to prevent duplicate profiles.
- Open Clients and choose New client if the person does not exist yet. Enter their name and relevant contact details.
- Record useful preferences and notes. Also check communication preferences.
- Select the client for appointments and sales so they appear in the correct profile later.
Good to know
More about Client management Client notes and appointment history are included from Solo. Purchase history and more detailed profiles are available from Professional; only sales with a linked client appear in that history.
